What payment types are accepted?

We accept the following tenders: Apple Pay, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Masterpass

How long will the product take to deliver?

The shipping process usually takes 3-5 business days (Our Business Days are Monday-Friday). Expect your product to arrive in 4-10 Days from the shipping date.

Why does my tracking code not work?

The tracking code can sometimes take a while to update, but expect your product to deliver in 4-10 Days

If I did not receive an email how can I track my package?

If you did not obtain the tracking code, reach out to us in our Contact Us section and we will send you the Tracking Number.

 

My order was canceled, so why do I still see a charge?

Unfortunately, when an order is canceled you may have a pending authorization which is not an actual charge. If paid with a debit card it could take up to 3 to 5 business days for the authorization to be removed. Credit card authorizations usually take up to 72 hours to remove.

What if I don't know my order number?

If you did not retrieve your order via E-mail please reach out to us in the Contact Us Section and we will grant you that information.

My order shows delivered and I did not receive my package. What should I do?

We take matters like these very seriously. If your package shows delivered and you are unable to locate the package please reach out to us in the Contact Us Section, be sure to include your order number and tracking number. 

What if my merchandise is incorrect or damaged?

Please visit our Contact Us Section and let us know so we can resolve this matter in a timely manner. It's very important that you send a picture of the damaged product in order to further resolve this issue as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We offer exchanges and store credit only within 14 days of purchase. All sales are final. 

How much does it cost to return my item?

We will provide return shipping label to you through email.

How long will it take for my return to be received and a credit issued?

Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and refunded. Please be advised this timeframe can take longer during the holiday season.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order please reach out to us in our Contact Us section for further instructions. We require the order #, You can find your order # in the top right corner of your packing slip or in the subject line of your shipping confirmation E-mail.
